A well-established, growing nephrology group is seeking to add an additional physician due to continued expansion. The practice covers two hospitals and multiple units, with a large CKD population. The schedule alternates between one week in the office and one week rounding at nearby hospitals, with no dialysis responsibilities to start. The group offers a competitive base salary with bonus potential, malpractice coverage, health insurance, three weeks of vacation, and one week for CME. Partnership is available after two years, with opportunities for medical directorship and joint ventures as a partner. Call will be 1:4 potentially 1:5.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated nephrologist looking for professional growth and long-term stability.
