A well-established four-physician practice, located an hour away from Nashville, is looking to expand its team as part of a succession plan due to upcoming retirements. The practice goes to two hospitals in town and cares for an average of 35-50 inpatients between them. Additionally, the practice's medical director oversees four dialysis units with over 200 hemodialysis patients. They utilize the help of 2 NP’s who work every other weekend. The call is 1:4 on both weekdays and weekends, and physicians typically finish their workday by 5:30 pm or 6:00 pm. The position offers a competitive salary with a bonus based on production as a partner, along with malpractice insurance, family health insurance, and a partnership opportunity. Additionally, the position includes four weeks of vacation/CME, and a retirement plan is offered in the second year. The practice also offers teaching opportunities.
