Multiple needs with a 30 physician Practice located in Metro area. Practice is structured with multiple pods throughout the area. Incoming physician would be employed for two years at a fixed salary plus. Signing bonus. After two years partnership is offered. As a partner you share the medical director fees real estate investments and JV opportunities equally.  comprehensive benefits include 22 days’ vacation in the first year that goes to 35 in the third. Malpractice health insurance for the family disability and life relocation allowance are all part of the package. They also have a need for transplant and spend about a third of their time doing transplant nephrology ideally that person would work a hospitalist model where they work one week at a month at the hospital one week a month during office hours and two weeks flex.

A two-person practice in a community 1.5 hours from Detroit, one hour from Toledo looking for an additional physician due to one of the physicians having to leave due to family Illness in another state.  The practice goes to three units and has approximately 150 dialysis patients (approximately 30% are PD and Home hemo) They have a stand-alone home hemo unit.   They are Medical Director of two of the units.  They go to one main hospital.  They have a nurse practitioner that assists.  Driving distance between all is 30 minutes for driving. First year comp would be extremely competitive.  Sign on bonus, 401K, family health dental and vison.  4- weeks’ vacation and cme.  Partnership after one year (50-50).  Option to buy-in to units.

An expanding practice in a Cleveland suburb is looking to add an additional physician to the practice.  With close to 260 dialysis patients the bulk of which are in one unit- the others close by.  they go to three hospitals within a short distance of one another.  Hospitalist admit patients so call is minimal.   Practice has four Nurse Practitioners.  Very competitive base salary ($225,000 coming out of training-more with experience) with partnership within two years with minimal buy-in.  Family health insurance, 401K plan, 4 weeks’ vacation and CME, Gas and cell phone are all part of the package.
