A well-established 3-physician nephrology group is seeking a new associate to replace a partner transitioning to part-time. The practice is supported by several Nurse Practitioners who assist with clinic responsibilities, helping to maintain a manageable workload. The group covers multiple hospitals, clinics, and dialysis units—all located in close proximity. Call is shared equally at 1:3. This position offers high earning potential, with a clear path to partnership and the opportunity to assume a Medical Directorship role.
